At the moment, as work is very quiet, we are getting up later and later and I’m starting to feel like I’m running late before the day even really gets going. It’s hard to get up early (on time) when there seems no need, but I hate that feeling of playing catch-up all day.
We seem to have developed a good routine of taking the dog out for a walk every morning together which is excellent.

I used to get up at the same time, go to the gym (got my stuff ready the night before) and then head to work. It worked for me until I started giving myself the choice of whether I wanted to go to the gym and then I cracked.
I need to start this up again, and I’d also like to develop an evening routine where I get some things done around the house on a regular basis so they don’t all pile up at the weekends. I’ve been getting the FlyLady emails and they make a lot of sense. I finally worked out that I was doing a lot of the things recommended off my own back and they were working! When I get back from my holiday next week I will start trying to get back to my routine as I was before.
