...I can start this by thinking of myself as someone who runs? I’m always too scared of what people will think to actually get out there and run down my own road, despite all the other people running out there on a daily basis (I live right by the river so it’s a mecca for runners!).
I need to go once and maybe that will kick start me into action as this seems like the way I need to go to achieve this goal and to lose some weight at the same time.
At the moment, it’s so hot though I’m not sure it’s a good idea? I’ll have a think. It won’t be this week though, I’m busy every night after work and my Dad is visiting as well.
