Yesterday I went to my first dancelesson, and dancing with a partner makes you more aware of your posture I think.

Actually it’s my sleeping posture i want to improve. Many mornings I wake up with back-pains, I think it’s because I sleep on my stomach.
Does anyone have advice on sleeping on your back?
From time to time I manage, but that’s only when I get really tired.
