i went to the gym this morning and ran on the eliptical for 35 minutes and i felt like the 2 day rest i had has benefitted me. i have tons of energy even after i got done my workout

for the last 2 days i hit a rut. i have been really busy and tired for once. it also could be that i have been going to the gym pretty much everyday since jan.1. i consider this just a minor setback. i have six pounds left to lose and i am adding the special k diet to my combo to finish the last 6 pounds. i had my rest and it’s time to rock n roll.

i finally took a day off yesterday and i rarely ever do that and the strange thing is i actually missed not going. it will be nice to get back into the swing of things again today.

i just got back from the gym this morning and i ran on the eliptical for 35 minutes. i may need a weekend rest sometime in the near future because i go to the gym 2 to 3 times a day 6 days a week and maybe my body needs a rest

i went to the gym today and ran on the eliptical for 55 minutes hardcore and i also went back tonite and ran on the eliptical for 35 minutes and i feel really great.

my woman was growling me because she wants me to only go to the gym twice a day because she said she needs time to eat, go to the gym and do homework. i replied that she has 7 hours to get everything she needs to get done. i think women hate it when your on a role and losing weight. oh well

i went to the gym after i fed my baby at 5am and i ran on the eliptical for 35 minutes. i now weigh 165 pounds. i weighed 160 on my old scale but i just bought a new scale which has precsion accuracy and it said i weighed 168 pounds. so technically when i weighed myself on my old scale my start weight must have been at least 206 pounds. oh well whatever because i now weigh 165 pounds today. i am on a role.

i woke up nice and early at 5:00am and went for a 35 minute run on the eliptical then tonite i went back to the gym and ran on the eliptical for 50 minutes. i rock.

my workout schedule consists of 7 days a week straight. monday to friday. 45 mins in the afternoon and upper or lower body and 35 minutes at night.

saturdays and sundays- 35 minutes or 45 minutes running on the eliptical depend on how much energy i have left from the week.

sometimes i might take 1 day off to rest my body which may be saturday or sunday. all in all mixed with a calorie counting diet i should be able to lose and maintain a awesome weight.

i stepped on the scale today and i weighed 165 pounds and i started at 200 pounds. i have been going to the gym since january and i only lost 1 pound a month till i started calorie counting and exercising as a combo and i have blasted the fat off me. in 2 months i lost like 25 pounds and it felt great. i portion control my meals and only eat what i can see on the labels.

i will continue my exercising and dieting daily. i will reach 160 before may.1.
