i went to the gym tonite and ran on the eliptical for 35 minutes and i was going to go my usual hour but i had sharp pains around my liver area. it has happened before but i hate that when it happens because it cuts into my workout time.

so far i have lost 20something pounds but i have been stuck at the 170 pounds mark for the last week and i really want to break into the 160’s because i haven’t seen those numbers in 5 years. i am going bring my dieting up a notch because i have been looking after my baby boy while my wife goes to school and he is up all night and wakes up a bit during the days, so i haven’t really had a good eating schedule. i haven’t been eating fast-food or anything really rotten for me but i am eating alittle more frequently than i should while dieting.

so tomorrow i am getting back to what has worked for me in the beginning of my weighloss conquest. dieting and working out hardcore.

i went to the gym again last night and ran for 35 minutes on the eliptical. i am on a roll. i have never kept up with the gym this great ever.

today i went to the gym for an hour and a half. i worked out for the first half hour on my upperbody and i ran on the eliptical for 70 minutes. i know i worked out alittle longer than an hour and a half but i had alot of energy today.

i went to the gym yesterday and ran for 70 minutes and i went back the same night and worked out my lower body and ran for 35 minutes.

i took the day off yesterday from working out and had some beers and it was totally worth it. i woke up and i wasn’t hungover.

it’s nice to be back at the gym though. i went and ran for 70 minutes on the eliptical today so last nights calories didn’t stand a chance of sticking to my sides. awesome.

by may i should weigh either 155 or 160 pounds.

i went to the gym this morning and ran for 65 minutes on the eliptical and i went back tonite and ran for 35 minutes on the eliptical and still had alot of energy.

i am on a friggin’ roll

i went back to the gym last night and worked out my upper body and i ran on the eliptical for 35 minutes. i am doing awesome.

1 stepped on the scale this morning and i weigh 173 pounds. wow and to think at one time i looked at the scale 2 years ago and seen 215 pounds. i have lost weight up and down but i have never done this great. it’s been almost 5 years since i seen the 170’s.

i was really busy today but i squeezed in 35 minutes on the eliptical and got a good sweat on.

if i have time tonite, i’m going to go and run another 35 minutes

i went to the gym tonite and did my legs and ran for 35 minutes. i am so going to weigh 160 by may.
