Good news. 2 years ago

I’m about 114 at this point.
I have decided to get more dedicated about going to the gym, three times a week for 45 minutes of cardio. Well. If I’m actually going to do that. I should go to bed now.

I am debating whether to use 7-keto again, I was talking to my friend the other day, he is studying to be a doctor. I think I might hold off on the extra vitamins, and just try the excercise.

Glad to say that the fruits and veggies are working out.

It’s great to be close to my goal weight. 122 to 114, two more pounds and I’ll be at my goal.

I’ll probably set a new goal then. Let you know what happens.

So from 3 months ago.... 2 years ago

I was 123 three months ago, now when I step on the scale I’m 116. Which means I have lost 7 pounds. I haven’t been drinking for the last 3 or 4 weeks, and that has made a big difference.

i think that may have been the reason why it was near impossible for me to lose any weight.

Now, I have rework how I want to do this whole losing weight thing.

*I think that doing 45 minutes of cardio and a light weight lifting work out 3 times a week could be a start.

  • I need to eat 2 servings of fruit and three of vegetables
  • Take a multi-vitamin
  • Fish oil and omega-6 supplement
  • Add 7-Keto back into your diet
  • Take a calcium supplement
  • Switch to stevia in my coffee
  • And Drink more water…

well, we’ll see how this works….

Things are looking up. 2 years ago

I’ve had to make some changes.

1.) Stopped drinking beer during the week
2.) Started riding my bike
3.) Using vitamin supplements
4.) Drinking more water
5.) Using protein shakes

I have lost about 3 pounds, maybe more I’m not sure. 7 more pounds to go, which will bring me back to 113. And I’ll be able to fit into my old jeans again. (:

So it seems that drinking beer is probably my biggest problem. 2 years ago

I’m going to try it, cut down on my drinking and drink light crappy beers for a while. It’ll be less money down the drain and less flub on the sides, I got my keto 7 today and my glutamine and signed up for the gym. time will tell, I’ll check back in a week… (:

going to the gym, trying to stay focused. 2 years ago

so my goal is to start working out more. sometimes I fear I’ll never lose the weight.

I know that this week and last week I’ve felt alot better, more confident since i started going to the gym.

My goal is to burn 500 calories through cardio at the gym for the next two weeks. Five days a week and the weekends are reserved for relaxing.

I’m realizing that what is probably causing me to not be able to lose weight it my love for good rich wonderful beers.

Damn those microbreweries and imported carbonated drinks from abroad.

hee hee.

it’s pretty funny but that is probably the source of most of my calories.

I don’t think I need to do anything crazy, just do 3 bottles of beer on the weekend instead of eh… drinking stouts like candy. I don’t get drunk and it’s not an alcohol thing, I just love doing tastings and trying new drinks. Beer from brazil, australia, japan! oh geez.

maybe I can switch to learning about coffee from different countries instead. yeah, that actually sounds like a good idea.

I’ll research some stuff and see what I can find. I tried to do this with tea but got really lazy about it but coffee, I really do love coffee.

Okay, I’ll promise to keep myself hydrated. talk soon. (:

I think about this goal alot, maybe too much... 2 years ago

So I have a wonderful treadmill at the house, but it just isn’t doing it for me.

There is something about going to the gym that I think worked better for me.

I don’t think of myself as a gym snob, but the gym at my school, makes me nervous. It is REALLY LOUD and there are only men for the most part in the weight lifting area and women only in the cardio area.

Something about the abrasive noise, they keep the radio on really loud and all the sweaty men, makes me, eh, a little intimidated.

There are sometimes girls there, but they only hang out in the yoga room or the cardio area.

I am thinking about signing up for a gym or doing a Boston Sports Club two week trial, just to see if it makes a difference.

I don’t know whether it will, but I miss being healthy and would like to return to 110.

I would like to make a plan of losing 2 pounds a week. 2 years ago

I think that’s healthy is it is because of good reasons, like eating more healthy (less pizza and chicken wings) and more exercising.

It’s funny it’s hard to get me to exercise in the morning but I wish it was part of my routine as normal as putting on makeup or brushing my teeth.

I know at night I have an urge to run, so may let myself, do the running in the morning and then if I feel upto it, do it at night too. (:

okay. I’m going to go now.

5 weeks 2 pounds eachs = 10 by early april? (:

Getting distracted. 2 years ago

I know I shouldn’t mind. BUt sometimes, as of late, I’ve really struggled with working out at home because I feel like I should be doing something else, like cleaning my home, granted, I work out in my tiny house so all I can see is the mess, think about home work, think about my art stuff. I know that it’s important to take care of my body, in the summers I used to bike, and that helped but I know that running is the one way that I have found that I lose weight, and my body feels great.

I remember a few days ago I ran for an hour and I felt so good, I felt good about my body and it was def. worth it. Sometimes it’s hard to remind myself that it’s helping me.

It’s winter out in boston, I guess I could run outside, but, I worry that it’d just be awkward.

i'm back... 2 years ago

yeah, I slacked off a little, I got a working scale, okay the goal is… to go from 122 to 112. IN an sane and healthy way, adding water, 8 8oz glasses a day has really improved my energy…

I’ll keep posting..

Didn't exercise yet today... 2 years ago

The routine has slowed down a little but I’m going to keep at it.

I’m adjusting my cardio and doing power walking versus running like a crazy lady, my mom has informed me that she is now power walking on her treadmill 3 miles a day, so I’m doing to start doing that too.

Sounds nice, aye???
