ive reached level 2 of my program. after 9 weeks of preperation. i really like lifting weights and have changed physically already.

i got really sick this week so i had to stop lifting for about 4 days. i couldnt even make it to the gym. im going back today (even though im still a little sick) and hope to get back into the mode of things.
i do this now and have been for a while. i just hope that i can keep doing it. it would just suck if i stopped.
