save money for a while, then splurge

i have an issue with this one. i often have a rough time saving money, so when i actually do save money, i never want to spend it.

i saved up like $110 in the past two months.. then i went out and unexpectedly bought an amazing pair of silver jeans. that’s the brand, not the color, hahah. just to clear up some confusion. that was like $76. so i guess i’ve sorta met this goal, but that’s not really the kind of splurging i wanted.

i think i did a small-scale version of this.. i saved like $60 in a month and then spent it on a pair of jeans and a shirt. hahah. but now that i think about it, i’d rather save money for a while, then splurge with like 25% of it. because if i have all that money, i’m not going to want to just spend it.
