finish my basement

My hubby was off work this past week and said his goal was to work on the basement. Low and behold he started moving things away from the wall .. and managed to get the whole back wall painted with drylock.

Meanwhile, I see how much he has accomplished and I have started going through boxes and organizing. One box is ready for the goodwill, two walmart bag fulls are in the trash, and two boxes are ready to go to my sister for handme-downs for my newphew.

Today (Sunday) the hubby is off to Lowes to pick up another bucket of drylock.

What a beautiful day!!!

I would say this was a five year goal… except we moved into our house four years ago and this still isn’t done.

So starting today … I am making FINISH THE BASEMENT part of a two year goal!
