brush teeth
drink half liter of water as i
(do morning pages)
stretch
sit ups
push ups
shower
dress
breakfast

most of the list is doable. i’ve been mostly doing everything lately except the morning pages, but with some push and dedication, they will find a solid place in the routine somewhere.

i should wake up earlier.

a good breakfast. i need to make sure i get that in as well.



if i'm ever going to get anything done 14 months ago

i should do it first thing, before i get distracted by all the other little demands.

things i want to do:
morning pages
stretching
sit ups
tai chi (where, oh, where?)

so if i got up absurdly early, i could get the tai chi done in the courtyard in front of my house, cuz nobody would bother me at an absurdly early hour.

can i do it?
