On my way...again 9 months ago

Well, I’ve been to the gym three days in a row since getting back on the workout plan; it’s easier when my hubby is home. I’m glad he’s back from Paris. When I weighed in 3 days ago, I was 305 and realized that I’d gained back 75% of the weight I’d worked hard to lose this summer. I’m not beating myself up about it though because all I can do is accept where I am and go from here.

this has been on my list of things to do for about 10 years. I really want to do this and cross it off my list. So, with my husbands wonderful support and encouragement (read: tips on what I should do to lose my belly and slim my hips), I will dig in again and lose 100 pounds. My short-term goal is to lose 20 lbs by Valentine’s Day (a day after my b-day) WITHOUT any fad diets, starving or pills. Let’s see what can be done with 6 days of cardio, 3-4 days of weights and MMA training once a week!
