and still going strong. starting to look forward to working out as an excuse to watch tv, and relax. almost a zen like state of me time. sleeping better too. less stress.
moved up t0 20 minutes on the bike. would like to top out at 30 minutes.
Worked out during episode 2 of the wire. 15 minutes on the bike, and 15 minutes lifting. I need more lifting exercise. I have 5, 10 and 14 pound free weights.
The plan is to exercise on Tuesday, Thursday, and either Saturday or Sunday.
I’ve hit Tuesday and Thursday this week.
I was able to watch Netflix on my xbox while riding my bike, and lifting. It was a great distraction from the exercise and allowed me to watch tv without feeling guilty that I need to be doing something else.
Hope to keep this schedule up.
