Last week, 5 months ago

I could make it to 6 days which I call it a success. It was not so hard as far as I keep fruits handy. I gave myself a cheat day on Sunday. It was also my lazy day; my absolutely doing nothing day. It was awesome!

And this week, I start it again from Monday until Saturday. It feels good to gain control of something and eating sweets on the cheat day, I feel that it tastes far far yummier! though it’s just the same thing i ate before.



I am on the 4th day today 5 months ago

This week was a failure.. 6 months ago

On the second day of doing it, I went out to Tesco for a shopping with bf, as he was going offshore the next day, I asked him if he cared for a glass of cold chocolate and an hour chat with a pretty girl like me. He said ‘of course’. So, we headed to Black Canyon for ice chocolate (mine) and ice green tea (his) and a long lovely chat. (too bad that i didn’t bring my camera with me.)

And last night, after dinner, my friends and I went to Ome for a long cozy chat and 2 pieces of cake. yum!

i will start over again next week!



I am still doing this goal 6 months ago

but the past week didn’t went well. There were some special moments to grab and enjoy; cakes with bf and ice cream with family. So, I am going to focus on this goal again this week. Still, there will be a cheat day at the end of the week..



I am doing it again.. 8 months ago

After the holiday time, I’ve gained few kilos. The only way I can do to get rid of those holiday extra curves is cutting back on sugar. I am doing good on my running goal so exercise isn’t the big problem.

I am on my 5th day today. Some moments when sitting and being glued in front of my computer, I feel the urge to crave for cookies. But I don’t get up to get them. I keep a bottle of water handy and it helps a lot.

I am done.. 1 week without sugar.. 11 months ago

and now i am on the first day to the second week..

i’ve known it for a long time that my body gets toned fast without sugar but heck! i can’t live without it.. and now i am trying to go without it as long as possible, and i let myself a cheat day once in a while..



sixth day... 11 months ago

I did okay and wanted to binge some sugar. Instead, in the afternoon, I went to the farmer market and bought a kilo of orange..

Forth day.. 11 months ago

It was a success.. But must admit that I nearly fell and gave up becuase I had nothing to eat for breakfast and nearly grabbed the cookies, gladly I didn’t do it…



third day.. 11 months ago

was a piece of cake!!
