I have lost about 4 kgs. I haven’t reached my ideal weight yet but I have managed to loose some already. I have learnt that the biggest part is not loosing weights but to keep it after loosing it. That’s the hardest one.

I want to mark this goal as done but I still work on another similar goal “loose 5 kgs”.

my progress report..

Since starting this goal, I notice that my weight goes up and down all the time. The heaviest is 55 kgs. After joining the gym, I can loose 3 kgs so far. I will consider it as a big progress to this goal.

However, I haven’t reached my ideal weight yet (49-50 kgs.)but I am half way now! ;]



I weighed in this morning at the gym.. 3 years ago

and I saw 52.5. Actaully, I saw this number last Saturday but I want to wait few days to weigh again and if it’s the same number as last week, I am going to believe the scale.

It’s 0.5 kg down now. Yippyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!

I am sure it won’t go up to 53 kgs again, if I will frequent to the gym and eat healthy food… ;]

hello team..

after my mini vacation, I gain 1-2 kgs. again. Too many sweet snackings, too much sleeping and too often eating, but it was worth it! ;]

i proudly inform you guys that this morning i stepped on the scale and my weight was 53.7 kgs. It was 54.5 kgs last Saturday!!!! I am so happyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!! I know it’s quite a long wayyyyyyyyyy to go but at least it goes down a little bit… ;]

For two days now that I tried not to eat chocolate and something that too sweet. I ate very light and early dinner so by the time to go to bed I start to get hungry again. No! i won’t eat anything, instead i go straight to bed!

I am still trying to exercise everyday, at least situp 30 times a day..

i need to come back to focus on this goal again! I gain few kilograms again. I went running this morning and weighed in at the hospital and found that i am 54.5 kgs! I was 51.5 last month!! ARGHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!

Yep! REALLY ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I need to give up some sweets and chocolate!!!

Help!!!

it seems like i am gaining some kilos now… hehehe! i have an excuse.. bc of our restuarant and the foods are too yummy not to eat.. ;] and jelly cake is what i can’t miss eating everyday now!! got to stop it!

but i will be more careful about eating and will take time to exercise more.. i PROMISE... ;]
