I have never missed weight training each week. I do it at least 3 times a week. Some weeks, I did 4-5 times a week. So, I should mark this goal as done.

Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday : yep!
I spent about 2 hours each day, 3 days in a roll..
I will get back to the gym again next Monday as tomorrow I will be off to the beach!

and first day at the gym after two months pausing, I got soaked up with sweat after spending 2 hours there. Great great great!! I love gym!
