i am actually more fit, firm and toned than before. i can wear tight jeans and bikini confidently. i am not that slim but i am smaller. this is my life goal that i have to adopt exercise into my life and I am doing great with it. I am glad that I love exercise very much and can’t go without it in 2 days…well done.

i still try to go running everyday. i sometimes missed one or two days a week but am still doing well with this goal. normally, i swap between running and swimming but currently, i am too lazy to go swimming as it is raining nearly everyday and the weather is a bit cold so i feel like running is the better choice.
went running everyday and swimming every other day but i still have to cut back on food. i enjoyed eating and ate a lot during the day. too many snacks in the office but i was good at drinking lot of water too. however, everything is getting better.
i am doing good with this goal lately. i went out to exercise 4-5 times a week, mostly in the morning before i go to work. i switch between running and swimming. i felt so good when i got this goal done daily.
i am pretty fit but i still need to do lot of sit up to have my belly flat. i eat a lot each night so when i get up in the morning the belly still look so ugly. need to control my diet too.
i am really happy when feeling the sweat running down my back after a long running. i am addicted to exercise and want to do it everyday, can’t stand when seeing my tummy pointing forward…. but it was too stressed to wake up and go running this morning and now i still feel guilty not doing it….ok, tomorrow when i am in a better mood, i will do it as soon as the clock alarms….
