Today, I just finished running 20 minutes ago. I ran for 20 minutes. That’s it!

I sweated heavily after 40 mins of my morning exercise. I feel a huge success!
I walked 10-15 mins and ran at least 15 mins a day and then I did 30 pushups, weight lifting, drumbell lifting and running upstairs.
I skipped Saturday to let myself sleep in.
I took a break from running today but did the household chores instead…
Today, I started by running 20 mins before I walked 5 mins. Then, I stretched, pushed up and lifted weight. It seemed like I did things backward today.. I just don’t want to do the same as yesterday..
It’s the fourth day and I still could keep on doing it. I will try to run 7 days in a roll..
to burn the excess 2 kilos I gained while I was on holiday. The holiday was over but those 2 kilos were still there..
Tuesday morning, I woke up with the flu in me. I told myself the way to get better was to exercise so I walked for 20 mins and ran 10 mins. I felt better after running and took some pills but it got back at night so I took the pill again before going to bed.
Wednesday morning, I woke up feeling a little bit sick again and the flu is still here with me. I have running nose and bit of headache so I decided to sleep in and didn’t exercise.
It’s been a long time that I haven’t been sick. It’s suck when I am busy and sick at the same time.

- I took a break from running.
- run 15 mins + walk 15 mins + weight lifting + drumbell lifting + 30 pushups

- run 20 mins + walk 10 mins + drumbell lifting + 30 pushups
This morning, when I felt lazy, I told myself that I would feel much better after running so I changed to running outfit and went down to run.

I will run less and walk more so I can do it everyday. If I run hard and long, I will have to take a rest for 1 or 2 days to start running again. So, I will go easy with it and do it everyday.
