Still managing 3 back sessions a week now, helps that I am getting ready to go to bed esrlier as then I feel I have ‘more time’ to fit it in. Playing relaxing music makes it more relaxing and enjoyable too…

Have managed to do back exercises three times a week for past 2 weeks – a small step I know but vital in getting back on track
Started this last night – really must incorporate it into my nightly routine…
This has slipped recently , with Xmas nights out and illness meaning that I wasn’t in the mood for doing exercises. Will deinitely restart in New Year, linked to goal re regular bedtime routines (makes sense) – maybe if I played relaxing music that would be a good way to wind down..?
I have been off and on with this over the last few months so really going to try again. There are two parts to this – doing my physio exercies for my back (at least 3 xpw) AND making the effort to exercise for my general fitness, wellbeing etc. Have made a good start last week, with lots more walking around town (lovely fresh atuumn weather helps here!).
According to my tracker I’m managing 3 times a week at the moment – I’ll see if I can keep that up for a month or so, then try and up it to four or five times a week. It’s pretty boring but so important to keep my back strong and flexible so I don’t have the problems I had 20 years ago (sciatica, slipped disc, lamenectomy arrgh!).
