Learning from each other

Our roles are changing from January – I will now be working in schools and Eileen will be working in settings. We will need to help and support each other, at least for the first few months. We did a really helpful handover just before Xmas, and I went on a joint visit to Stakesby School with Eileen ( and learnt lots about FSP data and how to analyse it). She is coming on a joint visit to Ladybird Nursery with me in January. We get on really well and work well together so I’m sure that it’ll be fine to ring each other up for help/advice etc …
