for the past month…..what has made me happy is being with one special girl….knowing i get to spend time with her makes me happy!

Today  — 8 months ago

I played with my dog for about 30 minutes until my grandpa came up and we sat on the front porch talking for another hour in a beautiful 80 degree breeze. Life doesn’t get much better than that!!

Friends  — 8 months ago

There are some friends in life who you may not talk to for months or even years but when you do finally talk to them, it is as if you were never apart. I got an unexpected phone call from a friend today which made me extremely happy. We had an inside joke in high school that we were each other’s confidant, though it was as much flirting as anything. It turns out we have actually become that in a certain way. I will always consider her my best friend, no matter what. We have dated, broke up, hated each other, fought a million times, but we always know who to go to when we really need something. Friends like her make me happy.
