stop biting my fingernails again

I don’t know why but it seems harder this time. It is awful. I don’t do it out of nervousness, I just kind of enjoy it. I hate the way that it looks. When the nail does start to grow out, it feels like there is always something under my nail so I bite it back off! It’s disgusting, I am thinking about trying some of the nasty-tasting stuff to stop. Why did I have to start back?

I stopped and had gone a few months without biting them but then a ton of stress returned and I started again. I hate the look of my fingernails when I bite them but for some reason I continue to do it. I am going to start this goal again and hopefully this time it will be easier to quit because I know i can do it!
