how is this possible i weigh 199 lbs.



week 1 11 months ago

week one is done i have dropped 6 pounds my start weight was 200 lbs. I’ve pretty much cut out the brewskies and any alcohol. Up my water intake and working out everyday between 30 to 45 minutes. The goal in my workouts is to get my heart rate to about 10% of max. My workout includes a 15 min run or bike and then some kind of circuit training with and without weights and i will not repeat the same workout in a week. Variety is the spice of life i hope it will translate to my conditioning.

Increase my conditioning in 6 weeks. My goal is to reduce my weight by 15 pounds and increase my strength and endurance. First I need to create a journal to record my work-outs and what I eat this seems to be a very important step to success from what I have read from work out gurus
