Baby Steps

It took quite awhile to get this gut, I think it will take quite awhile to lose it.
My first 3 steps are: stop eating that morning danish and switch to oatmeal; walk at least 10 minutes per day; eat one piece of fruit a day in place of a non-healthy snack.
These three steps were implemented on October 1, 2005 at 210 pounds.
