I use to race now I simply flop. I would really like to spend more time in the pool. I use to practice 2x every day of the week, before and after school, and compete one weekend a month. That was then.
Now with full time work and kids to look after no time for that. I think if I could get into the pool 3x a week for an hour or 2 then I would be making great strides.
Don’t you love the feeling after a really great swim practice where your whole body is tired but so totaly alive.
