I’m not really following a plan for this anymore, but I recently did 60 of them in a row. So, I think for now I’ll just continue to work on push ups and then see how many I can do. I just don’t feel like following the plan. :)

I struggled with last week’s Week 2, so I decided to do it over. Still tough, and since I did this one in front of the computer instead of with the print out, I realized the amount of push-ups have changed.
So, I decided to go for it.
10-12-9-9-13
I’m not sure the last couple were really Good Form Push-Ups, but the original W2D2 was 11-9-7-7-10, so if I struggled through today I did more than I did last week…and that’s a positive.
I’m in the second column, so today was something like 10-8-8-5-max.
The 10-8-8 went by easily. The 5 was easy, but I felt it.
I got through 15 on the max (and half of 16, but can’t count that). Arms were burning, but the first week was a good week.
Week 1, Day 2 was yesterday. So far, so good. The sides of my ribs hurt. I’m sure there is a muscle there which had lain fallow for, well, 29 years. :)
