Well It has been 27 weeks since my last post. I did not keep up with my exercise plan. It wasn’t due to lack of motivation. I wanted to continue, but I hurt my knee, then it was too cold, then I just got lazy…ok…ok…motivation was part of it! Here is where I’m at now: I have been working out every couple days for the last three weeks. I’m hoping that by easing back into things, I will be able to form a steady, managable routine. Once I feel like I’m back on track for good, I’ll really start pushing myself big time! Hope everyone is keeping up with the goals they are setting for themselves!

Today I went for a long run/walk for what feels like the first time in years. I used to be super active when i was younger…I could never sit still. I felt so free and so alive…and that feeling returned today. Liken it to an animal hunting or just laying around enjoying the beauty of nature…I started to feel whole again. The bend has been rounded…the talk is over and I’m going to have enough motivation to get and stay in shape. I think this is the most important goal anyone can have…because without your health everything suffers and nothing can bloom.
