apply to grad school

I have the GRE in 11 days!!!!!!!!

I started the application process!!!!!
I now have a few months to complete all steps of it… how exciting!

If I decide to start in Spring 2009 instead of Fall 2009… then my deadline is October 15th… which means I really want to get all my materials in by no later than September 30th!

The determining factor in my start date will actually be a mix of different factors such as deciding to take an online degree vs. traditional courses, whether I will have found a job I don’t wish to leave just yet, financial considerations with my husband also going back to school at the same time, etc.

My feeling is that with a toddler and a newborn it might be hard to start school so early… but at the same time it will be the ideal way of going to school (online that is) and I will be itching to start… not only that, but the sooner I start the sooner I will get the fat-paying job I so want in the field I really want to work in!

... but at least I can start applying and see what kind of financial aid package I get from my accepting schools. Then we’ll see!
