I can run three miles now, although my time isn’t very good and my ankles are sore the next day.



Baby steps

I started running about a year ago – really the first half mile is the hardest. You’ve got to start slow and keep your heart rate steady. If your heart is pounding, try walking instead – otherwise you’re not going to burn off the fat as efficiently. I can go 3 miles now, though I’d like to increase my speed.
