Learn Yiddish

While at a freinds shabbos their family plays a yiddish version of balderdash which was great fun. I cannot spell them in english but I learned how to say many useless words like vanquished,wing,modern,pickpoket, etc.

I have been interested in speaking fluent yiddish for years and did an search and found the youtube Dick and Jane and Millie’s yiddish lesson- has anyone else seen them? They did not help my search for knowledge but I loved both of them for different reasons! I grew up speaking slang “yanglish” in Miami but want to speak conversationally. I have no doubt that I and everyone else who is determined will accomplish this goal, mit mazel! (as long as I do not have a spelling test At the end!)
