I started nursing school in Jan 2004. Due to a bunch of health stuff I had to take a medical withdrawl in Dec 2004 and then discovered that I was pregnant with my second child. I returned to school in Jan 2006 and have been slowly making it through the program. School is HARD with a family and with a chronic medical condition but I am taking it in week long pieces and have a wonderful support group to help me through. I am in my Maternity/neonatal, Pediatric clinical rotation and have several other research courses in addition that I am taking so the work is unrelenting and my kids live at daycare. My biggest downfall is poor time management and easy distraction. As long as I can get through one assignment at a time I will graduate in Auguest of ‘07 with a BSN. I don’t even want to think about graduate school anymore.
