Last week, we made some great progress! The poarch painting also included re-screening, and that is almost done! We painted the poarch ceiling and floor last week, and got a few more windows done. Then we ventured on the roof….. man is that scary! Still, the house is looking better, and people are still practically applauding as they walk by! Man, it must have been the eyesore of Maple Steet!

We’ve begun the scrapping. Man, is that the worst! Besides this, we are going to replace the screens in the porch, which desperately needed replacing.
We are hoping to have this “little” project done by the end of Fall, but it seems so huge I don’t see how it’s going to happen. This is the kind of thing that can take years, as long as we insist on not hiring out for help.
