Okay. A crazy week at work. All my lunch hours turned into lunch minutes. I never made it to the gym. I’ll try again this week.

So I started walking/running during my lunch hour 3 weeks ago. Had one great week and then immediatley slacked off when things got busy at work. Will try to rededicate my lunch hours this week.
5 years ago I joined a beginner’s running program. I loved it and kept running after I completed it. Then I got pregnant. My daughter is now 3 yrs old and I am still not running. Between work and home I have a hard time finding a consistent time to be my “running time”. I have had many starts and always get derailed 2 or 3 weeks into it. I am ready to try again. What can I do this time to keep me going no matter what jumps in my way?
