I did alright up until Christmas but not so good since. I am moving to another country in seven days though and I’ve had other things to worry about. I’m going to park this until mid-February when I’ll be back in a routine.

I’m doing really well. Four days out of four so far. I thought that salad and yoghurt wouldn’t fill me up but it does. Throw in a few pieces of fruit in the afternoon and I’m full, healthy and saving money!
I will check this goal off if I can do it for one month.
I made a salad and took yoghurt and pikelets for snacks and have munched on the fruit provided to us at work. No food purchased all day and everything is healthy (excuse the pikelets). A big tick for me!
I have decided that if between now and Christmas I can make my lunch three days out of five at work each week I will have succeeded.
This goal is motivated by two things:
1. General health benefits
2. I’m about to start a new job that pays much less so it won’t be so affordable.
