I so badly want to loose at least 100-110 pounds so badly! That seems soo much! But i am 245 so I want to get down to 135, at least, and this summer I want to loose as much as I can so I have to get started!!. I am going to be careful I dont want to loose it too fast because then I wouldnt be doing it healthy, but does anyone have an good ideas?. Like at times Im not motiviated at all and im more thinking about it then doing it, whcih sucks! But all of sudden after reading some entrys from different ppl on this website I’ve got a bit motivated and I have tomorrow and wensday off so I’m excited and I realyl want to get into it and start it!!!So does anyone have any suggestions?. Like i know not to eat junk/pop/carbs, but like any good recipes or anything?. I like poultry and fish and not really beef, but I LOOVE my pastas and bread! which ive got to stick away from!!!!!, So i think im going to start msging on here more about my diet habits and weight loss!.Lol, anyways, this is a long msg!!. But im gonna go to bed and get ready for tomorow! hehe. bye!
