This is sooo frustrating! Some days I just feel HUGE, and then other days I’m okay with my body. I’m about 5’3’’ and 115 lbs, and I know that isn’t fat at all, I know thats a healthy weight and everything, but I always find myself comparing my body to other people and ugh it’s just so hard. I want to lose weight, and eat healthier because basically, I just feel like shit everyday. I don’t think I’m healthy at all….and I just ate a huge bowl of icecream. Any suggestions? PLEASE!!!!!
