I’m not working too much on this lately. I’ve been in a slump. I think I was working out too much, and then my body kind of quit on me. I’ve been so tired for the last 2-3 months. And I got a little lazy with my healthy eating. But I’m getting more veggies back in, cutting most of my “cheat” snack foods out, and I’ve been doing minimal working out just to maintain. But I finally feel my energy starting to kick in again. I really have to pay attention to having BALANCE! Whenever I go overboard on something, it kicks me in the butt later.

I’m working really hard on this, and starting to see results. I bought some low rise denim shorts that I am wearing now. NEVER done that before. I’m so excited to see my shapely new body appearing! This is all new for me!
