I’ve been pretty faithful about the shoulder exercises, rarely missing even a day. Less so about my knee stuff, though, and it shows, as the clicking is stronger again.
I feel like I’ve been dealing with the latter just forever.
I have been tentatively freed to do some weights below the waist again, finally, and one shoulder is no longer marginally higher than the other one. Very slow progress, but progress.
Did the stretches last night, and they actually helped. I’ve had no severe hip pain today.
My shoulder was another story, but I got an appointment made with the same PT, so I am feeling optimistic.
I went for my hip-PT doesn’t think I have arthritis, but that my bursitis is very cranky. She gave me some stretches to do and a few mild exercises, which helped with pain today.
I still need to make appointments for my knees and my shoulder-my appointment was late today so when I got out the scheduling area was already closed.
