I’m going to call this one done and switch over to recording walks in “exercise 3x a week” until that is as habitual and part of my life as this has become. Then, over time, move up to 4 and 5x a week.
Walked 45 minutes on friday with walking partner. DId it last week too, but been too busy to record, as it’s almost Dead Week at my university, and this is my last term.
Forty minutes today, but I’ve been supplementing it with bicycle rides, so it’s not as un-exercise-y as it sounds.
Yesterday on a new trail. Sunny for the first time and we got quite hot.

50 mins today. felt good.
Finally got together with my walk partner today. Hoping to reinstate the schedule that that weather and other committments have gotten so off track.
Felt so good to be moving again it didn’t even feel like work.
and it was even still light out when we started. nice.
Forty minutes today with partner. Good thing too, was feeling blood sugar symptoms yesterday.
