Well, lately, more like 2, but I’m up to 45 minutes on the treadmill again. And working on adding minutes every week.

Dry socket has me down for the count, but as soon as I heal, I’m getting back on the treadmill.

Thirty minutes, 20 min. rest, and then 30 more at about 3.5 mph. Did about 3.33 miles in all. Worked up a good sweat.
Didn’t really feel like going, decided to anyway, glad I went as always, the endorphins are worth it.

55 minutes  — 6 months ago

30, then rest for 20, and then 20 more. Little over 3 miles at about 3.5 mph for most of it on 1.0 incline.

52 minutes  — 6 months ago

All in one go, with 2 minutes for cool down. 2.97 miles walked in that time. Eventual goal is 5 in one session. Slowly, slowly.

Went for 50 minutes in one 20 minute session and one 30 on the treadmill at about 2.0 gradient and 3.3 mph average. Worked up a good sweat, as I’m still getting over a sinus infection.

Another 50 minutes today, about 350 calories, about 3.5 miles at a 3.5 mile speed. I was burning enough energy that when I was driving back, I had to have the window open and wasn’t the least bit chilled until right when I got home. It’s not warm, either.

Went on the treadmill yesterday for 50 minutes at about 3.5 mph and a very slight incline. I didn’t realize how much I missed it until I was back. I’m all bummed out today because my husband has the car and I’m not able to go.
