I can balance on my arms against the wall for 30 seconds…but as soon as I’m away from the wall I’m petrified. It doesn’t matter if there is a mat under me, I’m still scared…and the fear is just getting bigger and bigger!!!!
I’m taking an adults gymnastics class now so hopefully that will help.
Started over cos I got sick, then just stopped practicing. I feel like I’ve hit a wall where I just am not gaining any more strength…or something. Any tips on how to do this?
Meager effort today. But I did try so I’ll count today. It’s really grueling on your body.
I’m seeing where I’m at at day 30. So here’s my Day 1. Not too bad. I kicked up pretty high, it’s just falling back that terrifies me. Of course, when the wall is against me and I’m using it to balance and build strength, I can kick a lot higher than expected. Not to bad for my beginning though.
