To do my calculations for me. One other hurdle to running 5Ks or Wheezing through 5 Ks in my case lol. I woke up at 5:30 am today, because this is when I intend to go running. I have class at 8!

I drove around in my car and used its “calculatey meter thingie” to figure out a circuit of 5Ks. Atleast I have a good idea of the distance I need to conquer to actually achieve this goal. Im going shopping today to buy some new shorts, and socks. Im also actively on the look out for a boy, to be a my running buddy, (what did you think? :P)

Far out. That was freaking intense. Did a jog/power run. My upper abdoment hurts like hell. Like a good pain, aka muscle pain. I didnt know running did that to you. Oh Oh. HOly. I prolly shudnt have skipped lunch. That probably would have boosted me on my other 0.5. Whoa. 5K running seems slightly unrealistic at this point of time. My eyes are blurring over. Im dying slowly. Oh and I m so happy. Ecstatic even. I have never worked this hard in my life. ay.

Ran 8 Kms today. Unbelievable! 1014 Calories. and My heart rate used to race when i first started exercising and now for most of my routine it settles nicely on 70 beats per minute. I did it. The couch to 5 K running plan I can smell its closer!!

I did 5 kms yesterday. I feel AMAZING!!



Wohoo 5 kms today 11 months ago

This was so pleasant; Even tho I had few days break since the last time I did this. It felt amazing. The whole time. It was just on the threadmill but nevertheless. Im high!! It must be the endorphins.

Pic below shows that I jogged for 57 minutes, burnt about 600 cal and have 0.1 km left to go on my target distance: 5 kms
