be less jealous

why does he have to be best friends with most of his exes? he tells me they’ve both moved on, etc., but i have a hard time believing him. i know that he’s too honest a person to cheat on me or lie to me but still… argh, i really need to work on my self esteem and jealousy. it’s just that everytime i see them write cute messages of ‘hey sweetie/ cutie/ (insert cute pet name) lets go out this friday’ or whatever on facebook, i get so jealous. is it normal for exes to be this friendly with each other? i’m worried about them esp. now that he’s moved to this other side of the country in the same neighbourhood as his ex(es).............

i took the time to get to know the person i was jealous of, and it made me feel better… and i’m less jealous now! still need to work on it, but at least i’m making progress :)
