I hadn’t really gotten started again for this year. But I woke up really early the other day and took advantage of it.
I went for a run when it was still dark out, turned out to be mostly walking. I did make it near 3 miles (2.8) which is a good start after having been inactive so long and with the cold——my lungs really did not like dealing with the temperature.
Should probably do some pushups/situps/indoors workouts to keep at it regularly while it’s cold out.
