I’m continuing to do well here:
- Taking care of my skin/removing my make up before bed or working out
- Exercising portion control
- Put things away after I use them instead of dumping them where ever they might fall.
Since I seriously decided to be more disciplined I have regularly:
1. Made my bed every morning
2. Kept up with the dishes (which I still hate/HATE doing)
3. Exercised regularly (although I’m lazy)
4. Cleaned, organized (AND KEPT UP) my bedroom (other rooms to come soon)
5. Have been cooking more and continued to make healthier food choices.
I think I’m doing good. Not perfect, but a big improvement
