to have this goal since I was a very young child? But I did.
I never found much happiness in the norm. What was popular was usually boring to me and a lot of what people did seemed like a waste of time. Not to be judgemental, just it was never for me.
Artists do this, don’t they? By writing, acting, making beautiful music, drawing inspirational paintings and making thought provoking films.
They also can use their fame to get across so many human/nature rights issues. They are like the English monarchy—people listen to them in America.
I always thought that was so ridiculous that we americans put so much value in “fame” ( especially since I grew up inside/around that and saw the true nature of fame/fortune) but now I see that as long as they USE that power for good—it could really be worth it.
