I had these old digital scales that I think have been quite inaccurate… They usually say the exact same thing – the 1/10th kg every day (there is no way I could possibly be that consistent…), or like the other day, add or drop about 3.5kgs, then go right back to the same weight that they usually show…
Tonight I went out and got a new set of scales, not digital, but hopefully accurate… Will weigh myself tomorrow morning and hopefully see my true weight. Then I can actually set about starting on this goal…
