going to be a morning person even if it kills me

i’ve been waking up at around 11am everyday and going to bed at 3am, and i nap which is really bad.
i’ve got 2 alarm clocks, going to put them on for 7am and i am going to bed no later than 11pm.i like the idea of going to have a glass of water first thing i wake up. need to get into a new routine, this way the whole day hasn’t gone by, oh and i’m not going to nap anymore either. this is a real challenge for me but i will succeed coz i have to!
