study medicine

2010 is ending in a few hours. On December 23rd, after checking the grades for this last semester, I found out I’ve now finished half of my classes. After 3 years of hard studying, I’m now 3 years away from becoming a doctor. I’m still not finished with my pre-clinical courses (one semester to go), but I will start going on rotations at the hospitals next semester (beginning in March).

I’m so happy. Only about 9 people out of the original 34 have made it so far. I’m doing good. My grades are not the perfection they used to be (a couple of Bs here and there have managed to get into my transcript), but I’m glad I’ve learned so much.

I hope I make it.

Well, I’m already studying Medicine. I’m on my third week of the first semester; eleven semesters and 14 weeks to go. I know I can do it. It’s hard. Teachers want to cut the number of students to half by the next semester. I’ll be a survivor. I can do it. I’LL BE A DOCTOR.
