Turns out that letting the soil dry out (i.e. forgetting to water!) was the key to getting the sage to sprout. I have way too many plants now! Harvest time is gonna be great though. I am also reallt attched to my plants now. Look everyday to see if they need anything and to see how they are doing. Mad woman and her pet vegetables.

Peppers, Chillies, Herbs and Tomatoes all sprouting on my wndowsill, Yay!

Not exactly self sufficient, but getting there!

I’ve always wanted to do this! I want a full kitchen larder, with herbs and veg and fruit trees, the works. Probably have to start with a window growbag though, as I don’t have a garden…
