Went up and down but basically back to square one. Let me what happens in the new year.
had to go off the treadmill for two weeks now as winter set in and my general health was bad. Also the work picked up ! So I am back with the 2 extra kilos I had lost….
Have lost 4 Kilos. Target at start was 10 Kilos. Seems like good progress in last 4 months….
