Exercise does not reduce weight 4 months ago

Read this cover article in this week’s TIME magazine which indicated that exercising could actually increase weight as people tend to compensate by eating rich food. Instead it is a strict dietary regimen that actually helps in bringing the body weight down :-(



Ending the year back to square one 12 months ago

Went up and down but basically back to square one. Let me what happens in the new year.



Back to square one 2 years ago

had to go off the treadmill for two weeks now as winter set in and my general health was bad. Also the work picked up ! So I am back with the 2 extra kilos I had lost….



Weight loss started 2 years ago

Have lost 4 Kilos. Target at start was 10 Kilos. Seems like good progress in last 4 months….
